Product Activation Guides
Windows Activation
To activate Windows with your license key:
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Activation
- Click “Change product key”
- Enter your 25-character product key
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Microsoft Office Activation
To activate Microsoft Office:
- Open any Office application
- Click File > Account
- Select “Change Product Key”
- Enter your product key and click “Activate”
Steam Game Activation
To redeem a Steam game key:
- Open Steam client and log in
- Click “Games” menu > “Activate a Product”
- Click “Next” and agree to terms
- Enter your product code and click “Next”
Adobe Software Activation
To activate Adobe products:
- Open Adobe Creative Cloud
- Sign in with your Adobe ID
- Go to “Redeem Code” section
- Enter your license code
Common Issues & Solutions
⚠️ License Key Not Working
Double-check that you’re entering the key exactly as provided (including dashes). Ensure you’re using the correct product version and region. If issues persist, contact our support team with your order number.
⚠️ Didn’t Receive License Email
Check your spam/junk folder. Ensure you entered the correct email during checkout. You can always access your licenses in your account dashboard under “My Orders”.
⚠️ Payment Issues
If your payment was declined, verify your payment details and try again. For PayPal issues, ensure your account is verified. Contact your bank if the problem persists.
