- Activated Products: License keys that have been successfully activated or redeemed
- Downloaded Content: Digital products that have been downloaded and used
- Subscription Services: Active subscriptions after the first billing cycle
- Gift Cards: Redeemed or partially used gift cards
- Change of Mind: Purchases where the product works as described but you no longer want it
