📋 How to Track Your Support Ticket

Step 1: Go to My Account

Click “MY ACCOUNT” in the top navigation

Go to My Account →

Step 2: Find Support Tickets

Select “Support Tickets” from the menu

Direct to Tickets →

Step 3: View Your Tickets

See all tickets with status (NEW, IN PROGRESS, RESOLVED)

Click “View” to see details

Step 4: Reply if Needed

You can reply to your ticket until it’s resolved
